Your 'Messiness' Is Your Brilliance

Planet Kas For Every Woman, Everywhere

…And the day I was told I wasn't good enough, Professionally

We've been told in order to be successful, loved and worthy, we must be neat, tidy, presentable, capable, perfect, thin and so much more.  Our homes should be pristine, our emotions "managed" and "controlled", wear immaculate make up applied to perfection... blah, blah, blah... etc.  I imagine this resonates?

I believe our "messiness": our glorious, chaotic, tangled ways is where our brilliance lives.

I know what it feels like to try and contain myself, to keep things under control so no one sees the beautiful, wild storm inside of me.  To stuff things in the back of the cupboard, hoping they'll stay hidden through the process of denial and suppression.

But they don't, do they? They bubble up, spill over in unexpected ways through our unfinished projects, emotional outbursts or the hidden fear that we will always be "just a bit too much" for everyone around us.

What If I Said...

that your 'messiness' isn't something to be ashamed of but something to be celebrated?  YES, really!  Your messiness is the very essence of your creativity, your depth, and your humanity.

Messiness Means You're Alive

It means you're feeling, creating, expanding and exploring.  It means you're doing the real work of becoming… because becoming is never 'neat'.  If we ran a marathon we wouldn't pass the finish line pristine and tidy. I'm thinking we would be sweaty and tear stained, hair bedraggled and achy, hot feet… yet... A Winner!

Messiness isn't just about cluttered homes or chaotic schedules; it's about the full, unfiltered experience of being human.

It's the unfulfilled dreams, the conflicting emotions, the raw, unedited thoughts that race through our mind at 3 AM. It's the parts of you that you don't quite understand yet, the desires you haven't fully claimed, the wounds you're still tending to...

And within your 'Messiness' lies your brilliance. Your creativity thrives in the chaos of half-finished ideas, your authenticity shines through in the moments you let go of perfection, and your resilience is born in the places where things didn't quite go as planned.

My Biz Was Born Out Of Shame

...from a professional who tore me apart because of the 'kind of' Women I attract to my therapy and coaching world - yes... he was a very rude and judgmental person...

It was a terrible, shameful experience and something I'd never thought of as an issue until this man lashed out at me.  He tore me to shreds for "Not Being Good Enough" (in his eyes).

He questioned me for attracting non-conformists and Big Dreamers…  The loving Rule Breakers who wanted to create a better world for their children.  Rebels who were willing to 'feel the fear and do it anyway'…  Whistle-blowers and scapegoats who are so brave they refuse to swallow the toxic dysfunction embedded in places where abuse of authority, corruption, and coercion thrive.

These individuals stand in their truth, daring to expose what others choose to ignore or avoid, often at great personal cost.  They refuse to carry the weight of systemic wrongs, challenging the status quo that demands silence and compliance.

Their courage disrupts the illusion of power, revealing the rot beneath the surface, and while they may be cast out or vilified, their 'defiance' is a powerful act of integrity and liberation.

And my response????

I attract these brave women because I am one too. They see themselves in me. I see me in them.

Messiness means movement. It means growth. It means you're in amongst it...

Embracing Your Messy Brilliance

If you're waiting until you're "fixed," until you have it all figured out, until you've tidied up the loose ends - please STOP waiting!

You don't have to be perfect to show up fully. You don't need to have all the answers to be worthy of taking up space, being seen and heard.

Please Stop apologising for who you are, for being "all over the place," for not "having it all figured out by now", or for "being so emotional" or for "dreaming too big", being "too sensitive", or "not being more organised..."  Let all these self-deprecating phrases go... Why???

These 'Slogans' Exist to Dilute Us Down

Your messiness is part of your magic - please own it unapologetically.  Create Without Censorship.  Make art, write, love, teach, coach how you express yourself in life.  Be raw, unfinished, and real.  Your most brilliant ideas often come when you stop trying to control the process and let your 'mess' lead you.

Let Your Emotions Be Messy Too

Life isn't meant to be a series of neatly packaged feelings; anger, sadness, joy, spitting fury and confusion all belong too.  Let yourself feel without judgment, knowing that each emotion adds another layer to your brilliance.  The more we feel, the deeper we heal.

Trust the Process, Even When It Looks Like Chaos

Growth doesn't happen in straight lines. Healing isn't linear. Trust that, even in the mess, something powerful is unfolding.

Your brilliance is revealing itself in ways you might not see yet. The most beautiful things in life are often 'imperfect': the jagged edges of a mountain, the wildness of the ocean, the unpredictable bloom in your garden.  Your life is no different.

Messy Doesn't Mean Broken

Being messy doesn't mean you're broken or failing. It means you're beautifully, gloriously human.  It means you're stretching beyond the limits placed on you, and daring to show up in a world that constantly demands that you shrink.

Planet Kas
Here we celebrate the mess because we know that within it lies the raw, untamed brilliance of every woman who dares to be real.  Here, you're safe to be fully yourself: chaos, dreams, fears and all.

We Won't Tidy You Up...!!!

We honour every beautiful, messy, complicated piece of you...

Right now - because there is no time like the present - I invite you to pause and take a deep breath.  Look around at your life, your heart, your unfinished projects, your overflowing ideas, and know this: You are brilliant. Not despite your mess, but because of it.

Let's stop trying to tidy it all away.  Let's embrace the brilliance that's been here all along.

If I had bought in to the judgmental, 'You're not good enough because you attract wild, warrior-like, rebellious goddess women who want to impact the world for the better' ...Then What?  Oh I suppose I could have got a mundane pen pushing job in a cubicle within the patriarchal system and waited to die...

FUCK THAT SHIT!!!!!

Embrace Who YOU Truly Are!  Let's make waves and build a better world for everyone <3

Love,
Kas
