PLANET KAS

You've spent too long putting yourself last

You notice every bloody thing.

You don't have to hold it all together here.

You remember birthdays.

You know who likes what for tea.

You remember the school trip.

The dog needs worming.

Your mum's appointment.

The prescription.

The food shop, the washing, the bills.

You hold so much together.

Because you love them.

You really do.

Even when they drive you absolutely bloody crackers.

Sometimes...

you fantasise about getting in the car and driving away.

Not because you want to leave them.

Because you want five minutes where nobody needs anything from you.

No questions.

No demands.

No one shouting,

"Mum!"

No one asking,

"Where's my...?"

No one expecting you to remember one more thing.

You're not looking for a new life.

You're looking for a little bit of space to breathe inside the one you already have.

Somewhere to put the load down for a while.

Somewhere you don't have to hold it all together.

Somewhere you don't have to edit yourself before you arrive.

You can come in exactly as you are.

Frazzled.

Furious.

Tearful.

Quiet.

Hopeful.

Lost.

Full of love.

Completely fed up.

Every bit of you is welcome.

Come in.

I'll meet you there.

There isn't a right way to arrive.

Some women come in and burst into tears simply feeling safe to.

Some arrive laughing because if they don’t laugh, they’ll cry.

Some disappear quietly into the library for a while.

Some simply sit and read what the other women have shared so far.

Some tell us about everyday life.

Some tell us about something that happened thirty years ago.

Some say,

“I’m so bloody angry today.”

Some say,

“I don’t know what’s wrong with me.”

Some say nothing at all for weeks...

until one day they quietly write,

“Hi...”

However you arrive... you’ll be met.

And if you bring something - a thought, a feeling, a piece of writing, something you’ve created, or something you cannot quite make sense of - I’ll meet you there too.

I’ll notice.

I’ll wonder with you.

I’ll respond to what you bring.

And sometimes, through that exchange, something entirely new begins to emerge.

There is no pressure to join in before you’re ready.

No pressure to explain yourself.

No pressure to be positive.

No pressure to prove that you’re growing.

No pressure to have everything figured out.

Just come exactly as you are.

Little by Little...

Nothing has to happen today.

Or tomorrow.

Or next week.

You don’t have to force a thing.

No expectation that you’ll suddenly become a different person.

Life rarely changes like that.

But little by little...

chat by chat...

cup of tea by cup of tea...

you might begin to notice something.

The tightness in your chest...

That lump in your throat sensation...

eases ever so slightly.

A moment where you hear yourself saying what you really think.

A conversation that goes differently.

A boundary you never imagined you could set.

A little more laughter.

A little less guilt.

Not because anyone tells you who to become.

Because, little by little...

you’re no longer carrying it all on your own.

There Is No Falling Behind

Life doesn’t stop because you’ve joined Planet Kas.

Children still need feeding.

Work still gets busy.

Your mum still phones.

The washing still piles up.

Some weeks you’ll pop in often.

Some weeks you won’t have five minutes to yourself.

That’s okay.

There isn’t a timetable to keep up with.

Nothing is disappearing.

Nobody is checking whether you’ve watched a video or finished a course.

Come when you can.

Stay for as long as feels right.

Disappear for a while if life gets in the way.

Then wander back in whenever you’re ready.

You won’t need to catch up before you can belong again.

Come back exactly as you are then.

I’ll meet you there.

Find the space that feels right for you today.

Planet Kas isn't another place asking anything from you.

It’s a place where you can finally exhale.

Some days you might feel like having a chat.

Some days you might quietly read what another woman has shared.

Some days you might paint.

Some days you might write.

And some days...

you might simply want a quiet space where nobody needs anything from you.

That’s okay too.

There is room for all of it.

Room to think.

Room to breathe.

Room to laugh.

Room to cry.

Room to sit quietly with a cup of tea and simply be.

There is no right way to be here.

Whatever you need today... there's space for you here.

And if you ever feel like exploring...

There is so much more here if and when you want it.

Not because you have to.

Because one day you might feel curious.

You might stumble across a piece of writing that somehow puts words to something you’ve never been able to explain.

A painting process that quietly draws you in.

A short video that suddenly helps something make sense.

A journal prompt.

A meditation.

A conversation that stays with you long after you’ve closed your laptop.

Or perhaps you’ll simply wander in, have a little look around, then wander out again.

Pick something up.

Put it back down.

Come back another day.

Nothing here needs to be completed.

The point isn’t to work your way through everything.

It is to notice what finds you.

What stirs something.

What makes you curious.

What helps you recognise a part of yourself you hadn’t quite been able to see before.

And if something does begin to emerge...

you can bring that too.

A thought.

A feeling.

A question.

Something you made.

Something you suddenly understand.

Or something that makes no bloody sense at all.

Because what you discover in the library doesn’t have to be the end of the process.

It might be the beginning of a conversation and if you are ready, I am right here for you.

Which feels right for you?

Some women simply want a quiet place to spend time with my work.

A place to read.

Reflect.

Paint.

Write.

Watch.

Think.

To gently explore creative processes, videos, meditations and reflections in their own time, without any expectation of joining in.

If that feels right for you,
Planet Kas Self-Study may be exactly where you’d like to begin.

Other women read this page and quietly realise...

“It’s not only the resources I’m longing for.”

They want to bring themselves into the work.

To share what they notice.

What they create.

What they feel.

What they resist.

What suddenly makes sense.

Or what makes absolutely no sense at all.

They want the deep chat with me.

The relationship.

My particular way of noticing, wondering and responding to what they bring.

Because Planet Kas Membership isn’t simply access to everything I have already created.

It is a living, responsive space.

I create something.

You meet it in your own particular way.

You bring me what emerges.

I meet you there.

And through that exchange, something new can be created between us.

A recognition.

A question.

A different way of seeing.

A conversation neither of us could have known we were going to have.

Sometimes even an entirely new piece of writing, invitation or creative process.

You never have to perform, keep up or share before you are ready.

But when you do reach towards me...

I reach back.

If that is what you’re longing for,
Planet Kas Membership is where we get to know one another.

There isn’t a right choice.

Just the one that feels right for you today.
