Honouring Our Yoni

A safe space to meet your sexual self

This is a space for women who want to meet their relationship with their yoni and sexual self with care, dignity, and choice.

Nothing needs to be fixed here. Nothing needs to be forced or awakened. Nothing needs to be explained.

Honouring Our Yoni™ is a creative therapeutic process that gently restores authorship over a part of the body that has so often been shaped by fear, silence, protection, or shame.

We begin exactly where you are.

Professional Background

While Kas’s work now sits within transformative coaching, it remains deeply informed by rigorous counsellor training, ethical practice, supervision, and almost three decades of lived clinical experience.

Honouring Our Yoni™ reflects this integration, bringing together psychological depth, creative therapeutic process, embodied awareness, and careful relational safety to support women in meeting their sexuality with dignity, choice, and care.

 Honouring Our Yoni™
is a creative therapeutic process that invites women to meet their relationship with their yoni and sexual self in a way that is grounded, respectful, and led by their own pace.

Most women who come to this work are not looking for something dramatic. They want to feel more comfortable in their body, more confident in themselves, less held back by shame or self-doubt, and more connected to their own sexuality in a way that feels like theirs. They want clearer boundaries, a stronger sense of self-trust and a quiet feeling of being more at home in who they are. Again and again women say they leave feeling calmer, more grounded, more accepting of themselves and deeply proud that they gave this time and care to their own life.

For many women, early messages about sexuality were shaped by fear and protection. We learned what not to do, what not to feel, what to hide, and what to be careful of.
Over time, our body adapted. Silence, disconnection, compliance, numbness, or confusion were not failures — they were intelligent ways of staying safe.

This work honours that history.

There is no expectation to be open, confident, healed, or ready.

We begin exactly where you are. Tears, resistance, uncertainty, curiosity, or stillness are all welcome starting points.

The process unfolds slowly and include journalling, creating your Yoni Altar to support you, working on canvas, using paint and other mixed media.

The LESS you know about art making and art 'rules' the better this unfolds. For those who Do know about art making you will be gently invited to let go of 'rules' for the day.

You choose the materials, the scale of the work, and the pace throughout.
Nothing is rushed.  You cannot get anything 'wrong'.

You will develop greater trust in yourself and in your body’s signals.
Your intuition will strengthen and feel more reliable.
Your confidence in your own choices will grow.
Anxiety often softens as the nervous system settles and feels met.

Many women notice a deeper sense of ease in their bodies, more wholeness in their Self and a clearer relationship with their boundaries.

Some feel more present, more grounded, or more at home in themselves.

For others, there is simply relief —
from pressure, from shame, from having to perform or explain.

There is no required outcome.
What emerges is what is true for you.

Breaks, nourishment, tea, coffee, biscuits, fruit and rest are part of the containment.

At no point are you required to share your story, explain your artwork, or disclose anything you wish to keep private. Meaning emerges from you, in your own time. I do not interpret your body or your work for you.

As safety and presence deepen, some women notice sensation or aliveness returning in their bodies. Others do not. Both are completely normal. Nothing needs to be acted on, managed, or made into something.

Whatever arises belongs only to you.

Honouring Our Yoni™
can be experienced as a full-day immersive process, held one-to-one with me or in a small, carefully contained group of women.

Group sizes are kept intentionally small to protect privacy, pacing, and relational safety.

I also offer regular 2.5-hour Honouring Our Yoni™ taster sessions.
These shorter sessions provide a gentle introduction to the work and a felt sense of how it is held. They are complete in themselves, with no pressure to continue.

If you attend a taster session and later book a full day, the cost of the taster is deducted from the full-day fee.

This work is especially suited to women who are looking for a grounded, non-sexualised, trauma-aware approach to honouring their sexuality — one that values dignity, choice, and lived experience over technique or outcome.

You will leave with your artwork, the journal you will be given on arrival, a small take-home reminder, and a deeper sense of self-trust. Not because anything has been forced open, but because nothing has been taken from you.

If you feel a yes to this work, you are welcome to get in touch to explore whether a taster session, a one-to-one day, or a small group feels right for you.
