Womb: Where I Come From

WHERE I CAME FROM

An embodied, experiential process for exploring where you came from.

A year long, self paced process for women who feel called to explore the deeper imprint of their beginnings.

This is not simply about your birth story, but about the emotional atmosphere, maternal field, generational threads and early shaping that continue to live in you now.

Through my STAR Approach, creative process, journaling and reflection, you will be gently guided into a deeper relationship with your own story.

About Kassi

I have spent decades holding women through deep therapeutic and creative process.

My work brings together counselling, embodied awareness, intuitive art-making, journaling and relational depth.

I do not believe in forcing change. I believe in creating the conditions where women can meet themselves honestly, safely and in their own time.

The STAR Method

This process is held through my STAR Method.

STAR is a gentle but powerful way of working that helps you explore your lived experience, recognise what is true beneath the surface, deepen awareness, and allow something new to reorganise from within.

It is not about fixing yourself.
It is about meeting yourself differently.

What is:
WOMB: Where I Came From?

A 12-week online creative process for women

I am opening WOMB again for another small group of women to work through together over 12 weeks.

I will be there throughout the 12 weeks, responding to you and accompanying what emerges as you move through the process.

There are no live sessions and no pressure to keep up.

You work through the videos and creative invitations in your own time and meet together in our private online group, where you can share your work, talk about what you are discovering, ask questions and explore with me.

After our 12 weeks together, you will continue to have access to all of the WOMB course material for a full year.

What is WOMB: Where I Came From?

WOMB begins with a simple but unusual invitation:

To explore the womb you came from.

Not by trying to consciously remember something you cannot remember.

And not by deciding in advance what your experience must have been.

We work intuitively.

Through image, colour, texture, words, sensation and body wisdom, we allow something to emerge.

Sometimes the womb a woman creates feels safe, warm and protected.

Sometimes it feels precarious. Uncertain. Lonely. Overwhelmed.

Sometimes women begin noticing something of the atmosphere around them. Perhaps a mother who felt frightened, isolated, unsupported, heartbroken, exhausted, young or alone.

And then something particularly interesting can happen.

Women begin to respond to what they have created.

One woman stitched around her womb because something in her sensed fragility and wanted to strengthen the environment.

Another surrounded herself with soft sheep wool.

Others have found themselves creating safety, warmth, colour, containment or beauty.

Nobody told them to do this.

It emerged through trusting her fingers to intuitively find her own way.

And gradually a story can begin to appear.

Not only about where you came from, but about you.

The sensitivity.

The intelligence.

The determination.

The ways you adapted.

The ways you survived.

The self who was already becoming.

The self who was already there.

What will we actually do?

Over the 12 weeks, you will move through guided video processes, journaling, creative explorations and reflection.

This is mixed-media, intuitive work.

You do not need to be good at art and you do not need expensive materials.

You might use paper, pens, collage, paint, fabric, thread, found objects or whatever you find yourself drawn towards.

Sometimes you may write.

Sometimes paint.

Sometimes stitch.

Sometimes tear paper.

Sometimes simply sit and notice.

The art is not about producing something beautiful.

It is another way of listening.

A colour may keep returning.

A symbol may appear unexpectedly.

Something may change shape.

An image may begin telling a story that words alone have not reached.

And in my videos, I am not standing outside the process teaching at you.

I work with you.

I sense, notice, wonder and create too.

12 weeks together

For these 12 weeks, I will be there with you in our small private online group.

You can bring photographs of your work, thoughts, questions, confusion, excitement, resistance or whatever is happening as you move through WOMB.

I respond fully and personally to what you bring.

There are no live sessions.

No deadlines.

No pressure to share.

You can work slowly.

Pause.

Return.

Work for ten minutes or disappear into it for an afternoon.

Share deeply in the group or quietly witness.

You work at your own pace while knowing that, for these 12 weeks, you are not doing it alone.

The way I work

I will bring my full self and offer everything I have to support you through the process.

I bring psychological depth, creativity, noticing, challenge, care, honesty, humour and deep respect.

I may notice things.

Wonder things.

Offer things.

Reflect things.

But your authority remains yours.

If something I offer resonates, keep it close.

If it does not, leave it.

You do not need to agree with me to belong here.

You do not need to abandon your own knowing in order to grow.

WOMB is held through my STAR Method:

Story. Truth. Awareness. Reorganisation.

We notice.

We become aware.

Something begins making sense.

And sometimes something begins to reorganise.

Not because you are being fixed or told what your experience means.

But because awareness can create movement of its own.

I do not know what you will discover

Every woman's experience is different.

You may understand something differently about where you came from.

You may recognise ways you learned to survive, protect yourself, care for others or keep going.

You may discover tenderness where you expected pain.

You may see something differently about your mother without being asked to forgive or excuse anything.

You may discover strengths in yourself you had never recognised.

Or your process may take you somewhere completely different.

There are no promised outcomes.

There is simply an opportunity to become curious about your story and see what emerges when you listen to yourself differently.
