WHERE I CAME FROM
An embodied, experiential process for exploring where you came from.
A 12-week guided process for women who feel called to explore the deeper imprint of their beginnings.
This is not simply about your birth story, but about the emotional atmosphere, maternal field, generational threads and early shaping that continue to live in you now.
Through my STAR Approach, creative process, journaling and reflection, you will be gently guided into a deeper relationship with your own story.
About Kassi
I have spent decades holding women through deep therapeutic and creative process.
My work brings together counselling, embodied awareness, intuitive art-making, journaling and relational depth.
I do not believe in forcing change. I believe in creating the conditions where women can meet themselves honestly, safely and in their own time.

The STAR Method
This process is held through my STAR Method.
STAR is a gentle but powerful way of working that helps you explore your lived experience, recognise what is true beneath the surface, deepen awareness, and allow something new to reorganise from within.
It is not about fixing yourself.
It is about meeting yourself differently.
What is "WOMB: Where I Came From"
Many women discover something unexpected in this process.
Sometimes the womb they sense into feels safe, warm and protected.
Sometimes it feels precarious.
Uncertain. Lonely.
Emotionally overwhelmed.
Sometimes women begin noticing the atmosphere around them — a mother who felt frightened, isolated, unsupported, shamed, overwhelmed, heartbroken, exhausted, young or alone.
Sometimes they discover incredible tenderness.
Sometimes grief.
Sometimes strength.
And often something extraordinary happens.
Women begin responding.
Strengthening. Softening. Repairing. Protecting. Holding.
One stitched around the womb because something in her sensed fragility and needed to strengthen the environment.
Another surrounded herself with soft sheep wool.
Others begin creating safety, warmth, colour, containment or beauty around themselves.
Stories emerge. Awareness begins.
Something new begins organising from within.
And through it all, women often begin discovering something deeply moving:
The determination that already lived in them.
The sensitivity.
The intelligence.
The strength.
The will to survive.
The self who was already becoming.
The self who was already there.
"I Was Already Me."
The Way I Work
I will bring my full self and I will not take yours.
I will bring warmth, experience, psychological depth, creativity, noticing, challenge, care, honesty, humour, accompaniment and deep respect.
I may notice things.
Wonder things.
Offer things.
Sense things.
Reflect things.
But your authority remains yours.
If something feels resonant, keep it close.
If something does not, please leave it.
You do not need to abandon yourself to grow here.
You do not need to agree with me to belong.
You do not need to hand over your knowing.
This work is relational.
Not coercive.
You are invited to explore, sense, question, feel, discover and move at your own pace.
The STAR Method
This process is held through my STAR Method.
Story. Truth. Awareness. Reorganisation.
Whether we work through talking, creative process, image, sensation, symbolism or reflection, the movement is always similar.
We notice. We become aware.
Something begins making sense.
Something reorganises.
Not because you are forced.
Not because you are fixed.
But because when we are properly met, accompanied and given enough safety, awareness itself begins to create movement.
This is not about becoming somebody new.
It is about meeting yourself differently.
What You Will Be Doing
You will move through a sequence of guided video processes, journaling invitations, creative explorations and gentle reflection.
You will be invited to explore through sensing, noticing, image, texture, colour, words, intuitive process and embodied awareness.
This is mixed-media, intuitive work.
You do not need to be “good at art.”
You do not need expensive materials.
You may work with paper, pen, collage, paint, fabric, thread, found objects or whatever quietly calls to you.
Sometimes women write.
Sometimes paint.
Sometimes stitch.
Sometimes tear paper.
Sometimes simply sit and notice.
This is not about producing beautiful art.
Though beauty often appears.
Again and again, women are surprised by what emerges through image.
A colour keeps returning.
A symbol appears unexpectedly.
Something changes shape.
A picture begins telling a story that words alone could not yet reach.
The creative process is not there to make you into an artist.
It is there because some things are easier to sense, discover and understand through image than through language alone.
The art is not the point.
It is one of the doorways.
It is about allowing something to emerge.
Responding to what arrives.
Listening to yourself differently.
In my videos, I am not standing outside the process teaching at you.
I am often sensing, noticing, discovering and moving alongside you.
You are not being invited into performance.
You are being invited into lived experience.
How The Space Works
You will access the videos and materials through my website.
You will also be welcomed into a private online group held by me throughout the experience.
There are no live sessions to attend.
No pressure to keep up.
No pressure to share.
You can move slowly.
Pause. Return.
Watch in pyjamas late at night.
Sit with tea.
Work in tiny moments between caring for everyone else.
Share deeply in our group.
Or quietly witness.
Everything is welcome.
You Do Not Need To...
You do not need to do this perfectly.
You do not need to know what you are doing.
You do not need to understand everything immediately.
You do not need to be artistic.
You do not need to be brave every day.
You do not need to know what you will discover.
You do not need to force insight.
You do not need to rush.
You are invited simply to begin.
Something Else Begins To Happen
Many women begin this process believing they are exploring the womb they came from.
And in one sense, they are.
But over time something else often emerges.
Women begin noticing how they learned to survive.
How they learned to protect themselves.
How they learned to carry responsibility.
How they learned to care for others.
How they learned to keep going.
How they became who they needed to become.
Some discover strengths they had never recognised.
Some discover tenderness where they expected only pain.
Some begin seeing their mothers differently.
Not because they are asked to forgive.
Not because they are told what to think.
But because the picture becomes larger.
More complex.
More human.
Some begin noticing the ways they have been carrying themselves for a lifetime.
And how exhausting that has been.
Others discover parts of themselves that have remained intact beneath years of adaptation, responsibility, grief or survival.
The process does not lead every woman to the same place.
But many women find themselves becoming curious.
Curious about their story.
Curious about their adaptations.
Curious about their strength.
Curious about who they might be beneath everything they have had to carry.
Not because they are taught conclusions.
But because they begin to see more.
What This Process May Open
Each woman's experience is different.
There are no promised outcomes.
No quick fixes.
No forced transformation.
But women often begin to notice:
A deeper understanding of where they came from and how early atmosphere may still live in them.
Greater awareness of relational patterns, emotional responses and adaptations.
Unexpected moments of recognition.
A softer relationship with old pain.
More compassion for themselves.
A growing sense that perhaps there was never anything fundamentally wrong with them.
A deeper relationship with their own strength, sensitivity, survival and becoming.
Moments where things that have never fully made sense begin gently making sense.
And sometimes...
the recognition that beneath years of responsibility, adaptation, grief, survival or self-doubt...
something of themselves remained intact.
