I am a prolific creator of psycho-education content for Woman.  I bring 25+ years of professional experience as a transformative coach and therapist, artist, and sacred space-holder.  More than this, I bring my full self - my lived experience, my depth, my integrity, my rebellion, my fierce love and my unwavering capacity to meet you exactly where you are. 

My work is NOT mass-produced. It is NOT run by a team of assistants. It is not repackaged fluff.

It is real, relational, and rooted in years of clinical skill, trauma-informed practice, art-based healing, and soul-deep accompaniment.  When you join Planet Kas, you aren't just getting access to my content.  You are entering into a field of energy,held by a woman who has walked through fire and come back with maps.

I am the living, breathing container of this work - and that is not a small thing.

Professional Integrity & Intellectual Ownership

As a highly experienced therapist, coach, educator and trauma-informed space-holder with over 25 years of deep clinical and creative practice, I bring an extraordinary depth of skill, attunement and embodied wisdom to everything I offer.  My work has been refined through almost 3 decades of walking alongside others, working at the edge of transformation and holding space in ways that cannot be learned from books alone.

When I work with you, I bring my presence, my sensitivity, my lived experience, and my hard-won professional knowledge.

Do NOT Copy, Regurgitate or Repurpose My Work

It is a violation of ethical and energetic boundaries to consume my work, copy my approach and present it as your own - especially without the adequate training, depth of practice, or acknowledgement of lineage.

I have witnessed participants in my work take my original language, concepts and methods, repackage them into their own offerings and then behave with hostility or entitlement when called out.  This ends here.

You are NOT permitted to:

Use my frameworks, phrases, processes, rituals in your own offerings.

Train or teach others using my material unless you and I have a Contract for this.

Present my psychoeducation as if it is your own creation.

Offer work that mimics mine without substantial additional training, integration, and personal supervision.

This is not gatekeeping.  This is professional ethics.

You may be inspired.  You may be moved. You may be changed.  But you are not entitled to steal.

Transformation is not a shortcut.

If You Are A Trainee or Practitioner

If you are in training to be a counsellor, coach or practitioner and you are consuming my work to support your development - Welcome.  You are seen.  You are held.  But you are also expected to:

Credit your sources

Not skip the embodied work required to make this material safe and ethical to share

Develop your own voice, with humility, care and congruence.

Not position yourself as an expert using knowedge that was given to you but not integrated through practice.

If you need mentorship, clinical supervision, or guidance on how to work ethically with these themes - I offer this.  I welcome you.  However, this work must not be plagiarised, diluted, or regurgitated.

Respect the Work, Lineage and Labour

I give everything I have to this work.  If you can feel the power in it, let it change you - not turn you into a mimic of me.  Bring it into your bones before you bring it to others.  This work is sacred.  So is your integrity.
