Honouring the Body of Woman

Body * Womb * Voice * Creativity * Story

Honouring The Body Of Woman

A 12-week experiential creative journey for counsellors, therapeutic coaches and psychotherapists.

An invitation to develop a different relationship with your own Body of Woman.

There is only one Body of Woman quite like yours.

Not because of how she looks...

But because of everything she has lived.

You may spend much of your life accompanying other people.

Listening. Supporting. Caring. Holding space.

But this journey is not asking you to come as the counsellor, coach or psychotherapist.

It is asking you to come as the woman you are.

If you're anything like many of the women who find me, you've probably spent much of your life thinking about other people...

Caring.  Giving.

Holding everything together.

Working.  Parenting.  Supporting.

Creating. Organising. Solving problems.

You carry extraordinary capacity.

Yet somewhere along the way, many women become disconnected from their own Body of Woman.

Because so much of their attention, love, care, creativity and energy has gradually been directed everywhere else.

I wonder...

When was the last time you became deeply curious about your own Body of
Woman?

Not whether she looked right.

Not whether she was attractive enough.

Not whether she needed fixing.

But curious...

About the life she has lived.

The stories she carries.

The wisdom she already holds.

The ways she has protected you.

The ways she has adapted.

The ways she has quietly been asking for your attention.

If something in these words touches something inside you... this journey may be for you.

This isn't about learning to paint.

It's an invitation to develop a different relationship with your own Body of Woman.

About Kassi

For more than thirty years I've accompanied women through counselling, psychotherapy, coaching and experiential creative processes.

I don't teach women to paint.

I accompany them as they gradually discover more of themselves through creativity, curiosity and relationship.

My hope is never that your artwork looks like mine.

My hope is that you discover your own unique Body of Woman.

The STAR Method

This journey is guided by my STAR approach.
STAR simply reminds us that lasting change doesn't happen through information alone. It happens through lived experience.
Throughout this journey we'll Slow Down.
Sense into what is emerging.
Allow our truth to flow out.
Reflect, notice, listen deeply to ourselves.
Not as separate exercises, but as part of one unfolding creative process.
The artwork, your reflections, your body and our conversations all become part of that journey.

What You Will Experience

Honouring the Body of Woman is not an art course.

You won't be learning how to paint.

You won't be copying my artwork.

You won't be following art rules.

Instead, over fourteen guided videos and prompts, you'll gradually create your own unique Body of Woman.

Not my Body of Woman. Not an ideal body.

Not the body you think you should have.

Your Body of Woman

The one that has carried your own unique story throughout your whole life.

Using colour... texture... collage... mark making...

symbols... intuition... and curiosity...

your artwork gradually becomes a living expression of your relationship with your own Body of Woman.

No two women will ever create the same Body of Woman.

Because no two women have lived the same life in their body.

Throughout this journey you'll continue working with one evolving artwork.

Rather than producing lots of separate paintings, you'll gradually deepen one Body of Woman over time.

Just as your relationship with your body has evolved throughout your life...

your artwork will also continue evolving.

Changing.

Growing.

Revealing.

Surprising you.

Deepening.

You do not need to know anything about art.

There are no art rules.

Only curiosity.

Only intuition.

Only your own unfolding process.

You don't need artistic experience.

There are no right colours.

No wrong colours.

No correct symbols.

No perfect painting waiting to emerge.

Only an invitation to trust yourself.

To follow your curiosity.

To allow your fingers to lead.

To notice what begins to emerge.

Sometimes colour expresses something words never could.

Sometimes a symbol quietly appears before you understand why.

Sometimes your fingers seem to know before your thinking mind catches up.

Everything is welcome.

I won't ask you to paint like me.

I'll accompany you while you discover your own Body of Woman.

Throughout the journey I'll be creating my own Body of Woman alongside you.

I'm not demonstrating a painting for you to copy.

I'm modelling what it looks like to trust an unfolding process.

To stay curious.

To experiment.

To not know.

To discover.

To change direction.

To accompany myself with honesty, compassion and curiosity.

My hope is that watching me trust my own process gradually gives you permission to trust yours.

You won't be doing this alone.

One of the richest parts of this journey happens inside our private online group.

As your Body of Woman develops, you'll be warmly invited to share photographs of your artwork, your reflections, your questions and anything you're noticing along the way.

I'll accompany you throughout the journey.

I'll be present in the private online group throughout the full 12 weeks, so when you want to share something you've created, disvoered, wondered about or become stuck with, I'll be there to explore alongside you.

Not by interpreting your artwork.

Not by telling you what it means.

But by helping you remain curious about your own Body of Woman and the relationship that is gradually unfolding.

The other women will also witness and acknowledge your journey with warmth, kindness and respect.

There is no comparison.

No competition.

No judgement.

No critique.

Only a group of unique women, each honouring the unique relationship she has with her own Body of Woman.

Again and again I see something extraordinary happen.

Women don't simply create a painting.

They begin creating a different relationship with their own body.

As awareness grows, many women begin noticing things they had never seen before.

Patterns.

Beliefs.

Conditioning.

Messages inherited from family.

Culture.

Generations of women before them.

Some discover where boundaries need strengthening.

Some reconnect with creativity.

Some rediscover their voice.

Some begin protecting their own life force.

Nothing is forced.

Nothing is prescribed.

Everything emerges through their own unique creative process.

This journey isn't about producing a beautiful painting.

It's about honouring the Body of Woman who has carried you throughout your whole life.

If you've never picked up a paintbrush before...

wonderful.

If you haven't painted since school...

wonderful.

If you think you "can't do art"...

wonderful.

This journey isn't looking for artists.

It's simply an invitation for women who are willing to become curious.

Curious about the Body of Woman that has carried them through every season of their life.

If something in these words has quietly spoken to you...

I'd love to accompany you.
