As a child, I felt unlovable and spent much time alone. I experienced sexual abuse for 13 years which in itself created anxiety, stress & trauma within me.
Love was Conditional; something I had to earn or prove. In my 30s, my own healing journey offered me something Very profound and reparative: restoring a sense of resilience and trust in my Core Essence.
