Chaos to Calm is a deeply relaxing, transformational, therapeutic art eCourse for Everyone
YOUR ART WILL NOT LOOK LIKE MINE NOR ANYONE ELSE'S! IT WILL BE COMPLETELY UNIQUE!
I will gently lead you through my Therapeutic Art Session where you will learn how to Release and Express your Inner Chaos, Intuitively. You will be introduced to a simple way of bringing Calm to your Chaos - and you can notice what your Art has to teach you.
You can use any art materials you have to hand such as oil pastels or acrylic paint.
You could use glitter, craft papers, wrapping papers... whatever you intuitively need to express your Inner Chaos. Please don't be restricted by me and what I use.
You will be able to use my Process again and again. Each time it will be different and you will experience a deep calm from your chaotic expression.

Many of us experience 'Chaos' within our Mind and/or Body.
This can be confusing for us because we seem to manage life well, and we do!
We may be High Achievers, Performers, Perfectionists...
We may be guarding against criticism from those around us and yet we can be our own worst Critic!
Perhaps you feel Stressed inside. Anxiety can be running riot in our Stomach or Chest. We may have headaches, migraine, tension and pain. We may worry or dwell on issues that ruminate around inside of us...
Our bodily symptoms can be so unpleasant!
We may spend time over-prepping for an event, whether a Presentation at work or shopping for a family event. We might write List after List attempting to manage the event with precision and accuracy, hoping to pull it all off spectacularly! ...And you will, smiling brightly, whilst experiencing chaos and stress within...
However, this is not good for our nervous system or immune system.
My Process helps you release these toxins and restores Health and Well Being.
As a Therapist I know how important it is to Reduce Stress, Let Go of our Perfectionist Tendencies to ease the strain on our Nervous System. If we don't, this impacts our Health and Wellbeing, because Stress ultimately compromises our Immune System.
This is why I have created Chaos to Calm. I would like to offer you a unique, creative and therapeutic process which you can use again and again.
Whenever you feel that inner turmoil build up within, you can release your emotions and fear using my therapeutic process.
You could have a Chaos to Calm Journal just for you which you can work in daily, weekly or monthly - whenever it suits you - to release yourself from this
incredible build up of pressure within which often does damage to us.
