Sitting With Thousands of Women

Over the past 27 years I've sat with thousands of women in the rawest of places — in their grief, their ruptures, their wounds, and all they never said but needed to say.

Needed?  Absolutely! 
Having been taught early: Don't cry, don't let your voice catch, even the threat of tears was enough to be shamed, belittled and sent to our rooms...

And this kind of suppression and repression causes damage.  Deep, internal damage.  Maybe you too learned to blink it all back, tighten your throat, force a smile and pretend all was fine. 

The slightest glint of vulnerability, or shimmer of emotion was enough to make the 'big people' around us, uncomfortable.  So - in order for them to stay comfortable... YOU were forced to be uncomfortable.

Because when we hold it all in, it causes pain, fatigue, aches, odd sensations that doctors don't understand; Tightness, buzzing like electric currents, sharp pains no one can explain.. dizziness, foggy mind, difficulty in breathing properly, racing heart...

And for nearly 3 decades, I've watched tears transmute into truth.

I've held space where shame used to live.  I know how much is possible when a woman is truly witnessed by me.  It isn't like anything you will have experienced before and you will love what it brings to your life, to your heart and health and happiness.

Yes... getting REAL brings JOY... Honestly... and a freedom that you've never experienced before.

What I Offer Internationally Is Not Counselling
It is something wild and freeing. Something sacred. Something that refuses to squeeze your humanity into a clinical tick box and diagnose you.  You are unique!  You need to be held and cared for and known for who YOU truly are not what they told you to be.  

What I offer is something that will unleash you, unblock you... break you free of all those 'chains' dished out in childhood, at school, in places of worship, from health organisations, in relationships and in the work place.  Those chains are Everywhere!

I work as a Transformative Coach. A soul-witness. A guide.  I hold a torch while you walk into the dark - accompanied by me.  I am fearless.  I am brave.  I love deeply and will show up fully for you.

I Bring Everything I've Ever Learned
Through 9 years of Training, my own Therapy journey, trauma, and rebirth.  It's not conventional.  It's not sterilised.  It's not tucked into neat boxes.  I don't power dress, I'm not fake and my realness will blow you away and invite you into authenticity.

What I do, is truth.  It's raw and gritty and very, very real.

The work I do with Women is trauma-informed, deeply creative, and fiercely tender.  It weaves in nervous system support, psychoeducation, grief rituals, and a return to who you were when you born.  

It was always there inside of you, it was hijacked however, by your parents and caregivers... sadly because this is what happened to them too.  They just didn't meet me and find out there were other, more meaningful, less stressful ways to parent. 

It Isn't About Fixing You or Condemning Your Parents

It is about meeting you — all of you — in your most unfiltered state.  The you that you have always been below the masks.

We might cry.  We might laugh.  We might rage together.  You will finally be invited to tell your truth you've never spoken aloud.

But if you're looking for a place to come alive again…  To unravel. To reclaim. To tell the truth and not be shamed for it, what I offer could well be the space you've been looking for all your adult life.

Come as you are.  Bring your full self and I will come as I am and bring my full self.

No make up, no need to dress up, just be you... wrapped in a blanket if that is what you need in that moment.  Show up as you and we will start where you are.  If you want your cat in your lap, I will welcome them to my zoom room too. 

No need to think "How will I explain my entire life story to Kassi..."  

You don't need to do this...  just be you, moment by moment and I will sense into who you are and what you have been through - Not because I have magic powers... but because I am intuitive, and have been trained to really listen, below the surface.
