I'm NOT All Over The Place...

People sometimes look at my work and ask: "Kas! What is it that you Even do!??"

I've been criticised and pulled apart a lot over many years…

That's ok - I can handle that because I know who I am and what I do… 

One day I'm painting...The next, I'm writing a blog… Then I see a Coaching Client in the evening or I'm preparing to host a sacred art workshop in my art studio and garden… 

You might find me whispering a raw Truth Bomb into a voice note over cappuccino planning my next blog or prose for my latest book…

I could be deeply engrossed creating a 30-day trauma-informed journaling course on Burn Out… Next day I'm paddling in the sea in Tynemouth, completely offline... (well almost!) whilst visiting my dentist for a check up.

To the outside world — especially one raised on hustle culture, neat job titles, and predictable Instagram grids — I appreciate that I may look "All over the place."  

But here's a secret I'd like to share with you…. 

I am NOT all over the place.  I am all in.  All in Loving Service of the women I work with…  All in for your healing and transformation…All in for your reclamation... All in for your liberation from the tiny neat organised "box" the world tried to coerce them into…

Every book I write, every ritual I birth, every course I add to Planet Kas…every silent walk on the beach or woods…is for you as well as for me. 

I Don't Create from Pressure or Performance

I create from a pulsing, never-ending flow from within me.…

I create from listening to my intuition, my gut instinct...

I create what I want for me, knowing it will help YOU too… 

I benefit from everything I create… I'm the "Guinea pig" first and foremost so I know it will "help".  I get my own therapy through the intuitive, experiential process that flows from me. 

The loose creative process may be a fire-starting truth about patriarchy that unhooks the shame wrapped around sexuality…

It may be a raw painting session where you are invited to blend your tears with paint onto the canvas to find your voice.

It may be a deeply rich journal prompt that opens a door in your soul that you've kept locked for decades which unleashes you.

Please do not mistake my "variety" for Distraction.  It's devotion and passion and thrill and joy for me. 

I don't move from one thing to another like a flake who can't make her mind up.  

I move like a woman listening to life and the fire that burns within.  Listening to my fiery Energy. Attuning to the "season" within my womb. The sacred 'instruction' coming through my body.

I trust that what comes through me will benefit You, MASSIVELY and it does

So whether I'm writing, collaging, painting, film recording or moon bathing in the ancient Forest of the Celtic Debatable Lands where fox and deer wander… through reindeer moss, Ivy trails and waterfalls…

It's NOT because I'm "all over the place"… 

It's because I'm Multi-dimensional…

I bring many aspects together from many modalities and orchestrate a symphony from it. 

I'm committed to simply being me and my gifts that I bring - so ultimately YOU can be YOU (Before patriarchy sunk it's claws into your flesh).

Because I KNOW healing is not one-size-fits-all.  

I know that we don't wake up and become our true selves in a straight line 

I know 6 sessions of CBT is just enough time for 'Hello' - crazy, impossible ideas that cannot and never work!  

We 'Become' our true selves — layer by layer 

By shaking off the expectations that never belonged to us…

By dismantling the patriarchy in our blood and our bones.

By feeling safe to take up space, in pleasure, in grief, in rage, in truth.

Which is WHY I created a planet called Kas 

...where all of that is invited, encouraged, supported and loved. 

I don't serve one niche — I serve one mission:  That every woman who enters my orbit comes home to herself. Fully. Fiercely. Unapologetically and Unashamedly.
