The Tree of Life Process

The Tree of Life Process is a 10-week, embodied and experiential journey for counsellors, therapists and coaches who value personal process as an essential part of professional development.

The Tree of Life Process was developed through years of in-person group work beginning in 2008, and thoughtfully adapted for online delivery in 2016.

This is not a technique-based training, and participants are not asked to change or replace their existing modality or theoretical orientation. The work is entered for yourself, with learning arising through lived experience, reflection and integration rather than instruction.

The process unfolds gradually through the Tree of Life — beginnings and background, roots, trunk, branches, hopes and dreams — with time for revisiting, deepening and integration. Attention is given not only to what emerges, but to how it feels to be in the process, including resistance, inner critic, curiosity and change.

This offering is for practitioners who recognise that meaningful growth does not happen only through thinking or acquiring new models, but through embodiment, expression and relationship with what arises beneath the surface.

The next group is planned to begin on 1 March, with numbers kept intentionally small.
