When you first arrive in Planet Kas, you might not feel calm.

You might feel a bit sped up.
A bit unsure.
A bit like you've just walked into something and you don't quite know how to be here yet.
This is very understandable and 'normal'.

And underneath that, there's often a very familiar voice already trying to take over:

"I need to understand this quickly…
get it right… not look stupid…
not be too much… not be too little…
and somehow… do this properly."
If that's there, I want you to know — I understand.

And you don't need to do anything about it.

You don't need to settle yourself before you begin.
You don't need to arrive in the "right" state.
You don't need to know how this works.

You can arrive exactly as you are.

Because the first thing to understand about Planet Kas is this:

There are no tests here.

There is nothing to pass.
Nothing to get right.
Nothing you can fail at.

Only love and accompaniment.

When you arrive, the first thing you'll find is a short video to help you land.

Not to teach you anything. Not to prepare you. Not to get you ready.

Just to let your system start to realise that this is different here.

Because the truth is — most of us don't arrive gently.

We arrive a bit sped up. A bit flustered. A bit unsure.

And somewhere inside there's often that voice going:
"I need to figure this out quickly… get it right… not look stupid… not be too much… not be too little… and somehow pass."

Because out there in the world, that is what's expected of us.

And there's a reason I don't say:
"Start here. Then do this. Then do that."

It's not an accident.

It's because I know — after nearly three decades as a therapist, and having experienced this same deep therapy myself — that being directed in the external world's way can do real damage to a human being.

We've already had a lifetime of being told:

Do it like this.
Do it properly.
Follow the rules.
Write with your right hand.
Hold your knife and fork like this.
Be good. Be careful. Don't get it wrong.

That constant pressure to "do it right" shapes us.  We adapt. We try hard. We override ourselves.

And over time, that comes at us from everywhere — family, school, society, media, authority voices…
Until we lose the thread of ourselves.

So everything I'm doing here is the opposite of that.

My hope is that you begin to hear yourself again.

Your own curiosity.
Your own instincts.
Your own quiet "yes"… or "no."

Because your confidence, your self-trust, your sense of self — they don't come from me. They come from inside you.

And they grow when you start listening there.

So where do you begin? Honestly — anywhere.

Inside Planet Kas, all of the courses are designed to gently bring you back to yourself.

So when you are ready, just have a look at the titles in the library.
Take your time.
Notice what happens in your body as you read them.

You might feel something. You might feel nothing. Both are completely fine.

If nothing lands, close your laptop.
Come back later — if you feel like it — and have another look.

At some point, something in you might flicker…
a bit of curiosity, a pull, a quiet "hmmm maybe this…"

That's enough. Follow that. Click in. Have a look around.

And if you get in there and think: "Actually… I can't be bothered with this"
Perfect. Close it. Come back out. Try something else. Or don't.

This isn't about getting it right.  It's about noticing yourself.

And every time you follow that small internal response — you're building something incredibly important:

Self-trust.  Self-esteem.  A relationship with yourself that isn't based on pressure or performance.

Even if you didn't complete a single course, but you did begin to follow yourself in this way — that would be deeply valuable work.
Because this is how we loosen the grip of all that conditioning that told you who to be and how to be it.

And this is how you come back to yourself. That's what everything I offer is really about.
That's what I do in my one-to-one work, and through everything I create inside Planet Kas.

And how I relate with you inside there.

It comes from years of training, my own therapy, and a very deep commitment to helping people find their way back to who they actually are.

If something in you has recognised itself as you've read this, you're very welcome inside Planet Kas.

There are two ways to come in, depending on what feels right for you.

You can join the self-study library, where you'll have access to all of the courses and can move through them quietly, in your own time, following your own rhythm.

Or you can join the full membership, where alongside the full library, you'll also have access to me and the group — a space where you can bring what's emerging for you and be met, accompanied, and supported in real time.

There's no pressure to choose quickly.

Just notice what feels right for you. And follow that.

love
Kas
