We each are 'made' of many different Parts of Self...
You may have heard yourself saying something like, “well one part of me wants to go to the party, but another part of me just wants to get on the sofa with my PJ‘s on and watch telly tonight.“
This is very usual for human beings to experience different Parts of Self.
Many of us keep our inner parts of self secret because we are concerned those around us will think we are “crazy“. The fact is however, we all have many Parts of Self within and discover this is usual for all Humans. It helps to reduce our stress & anxiety and we accept ourselves more fully.
I thought it could be interesting to use art materials, colour and texture to explore the different Parts of our Selves. Working on wallpaper lining I began to create concentric circles of colour within a square or oblong shape loosely based upon Wassily Kandínsky’s incredible art.
I blend together my Therapeutic Approach with Art to create a wonderful Personal Development experience. I love how this course evolved and enjoyed the whole experience.
