a Therapeutic Process using Intuitive, Mixed Media Art for Everyone!
I believe we tend to listen to others yet often dismiss ourselves as though we are not important enough to attend to. Let's create an Intuitive Mixed Media which will 'speak' deeply of our Stories so that we can truly listen to ourselves with Acceptance, Empathy and Love.
This in turn will offer us Growth, Understanding, raised Confidence and a rich Contentment.

Expressing Our Self & Honouring Our Stories
Self Expression is vital to our health and well being. It decreases our Stress & Anxiety, it lifts our Low Mood, there are so many health benefits proven through research.
I believe our Art can Hold our Stories like a Container. Much happens between Unconscious and Painting - we don't need to know. There is an opportunity to Heal or feel more 'complete' when we really listen to ourselves.
During childhood, I believe we are taught to dismiss or ignore ourselves and focus on Parents/Teacher/Caregivers/Siblings/Environment. We 'miss' our experience as we focus on everything else.
Parents/Caregivers usually Parent us in ways similar to how they were Parented. We continue to pass habits and behaviours down the Generations without really considering the impact this has!
