WHAT IS IT?
A COMPLETELY FREE 2-week long exploration into Art & Well Being! The Sessions are filled with inspiring classes, art sessions, giveaways, meditations and well being activities to help you get Present and Connected to the healing power of your creativity!
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
30 Teachers giving Free Classes over a two-week period - and I'm one of them! It's going to be a wonderful couple of weeks in our Creative Community and I am really looking forward to it!
Not only are these Free Sessions filled with inspiring classes by amazing Artists, there will be giveaways for free stuff from each of us, as well as the chance to get a free place on the full Life Book course!
When you attend the Life Book Free Taster Sessions you are able to:
• Listen to the sessions at your leisure!
• Join our Facebook Group with like-minded people from all over the world!
• Wear comfy clothes and enjoy the Free Taster Sessions from the comfort of your own home!
• Play, make mistakes, be fabulous or sad, it's all welcome! You are accepted just as you
are!
• Enjoy free art & well-being activities!
For my free art activity, we will be creating a wonderfully, Knobbly Tree painting, using colourful mixed media such as oil pastels, paint and glitter in my usual Kassi-Loving-Style as your totally unique Knobbly Tree emerges. I have included a downloadable Tree tracing for your own use <3
